As Product Manager II/Sr. Industrial Designer at Performance Designed Products I had my hands on many products at different stages of development. The AGX.40 was my first product completed from concept to production. This universal 40mm, on-ear headset had a removable mic that worked with PS3, Xbox and Nintendo Wii.  

Once the AGX.40 was on its way to production, Performance Designed Products asked me to look into the ergonomics, design and production for the Afterglow BT Communicator.

Ruja is the versatile bento style lunch box that holds your device while you eat. With endless configurations for any device, the Ruja perfect for your child to remain busy while eating.

As Sr. Industrial Designer at H20 Audio, now X-1 Audio, I was able to work with some great people. Today, most of the employees from H2O are still dear friends. I was able to secure a patent for making the MFI(microphone/function button) Waterproof. 

The H2O Audio (now X-1 Audio) Earbud was designed to stay in your ear and be completely waterproof. 

I worked with Woodees on this over ear headphone concept. Inspired by the Les Paul guitar, I presented this concept to the team. They ended up liking the wood, and doing away with the gradient influenced by the Les Paul. 

As a CMF Designer at HP I had the pleasure to work under Vicki Chang. We collaborated on colors, materials and textures on 2 projects. 

While under contract with HP, Vicki Chang and I worked on another printer. For the Polermo Printer, I was the CMF Designer. The Polermo required some Solidworks design as well. The finished product is one of the best selling printers in the market today. 

When I started consulting with Blast Motion in 2013 they didn't have a product on the market. As Sr. Industrial Engineer I focused on product development from concept to mass production. By the end of my career at Blast, I had secured several patents, launched over 7 products I designed, including packaging and Point of Purchase displays. Blast Motion is the official sensor of Major League Baseball. I collaborated with the Algorithm team and Professional/Amateur athletes to understand the focus of the technology. Quantifying movement is the future of sports and will seamlessly become intgrated into sporting equipment. 

After designing a P.O.P. for Daniel Defense, they asked for my help on a fire arm case. This case needed to have 6 locks in order to be TSA compliant. The concept for this case was a single shot injection molded part with living hinges. As the case is closed, there are holes for the padlock that align for a redundant locking system. Daniel loved it and they are currently working on the tooling. They requested to collaberate with me on a rifle case and hand gun case in 2018. 

Blast Motion commissioned me to design their second generation sensor after leaving the company in 2016. I worked closely with my old team to develop the most accurate inertial sensor on the market today. 

Alpha Lacrosse commissioned me to design their first lacrosse head and some protective wear. 

The lacrosse head proved to be a challenge to 3D model. As we developed the product,  there were NCAA rules outlining the dimensional constraints. We delivered an aggressive mid-field head that has tested bulletproof! The feedback is positive so far. 

While at Blast Motion I had the chance to design a Charging Case for the Houston Astros. The Astros were avid users of the Blast Motion Sensor. Carlos Correa is one of the most well Known baseball players and is a Blast Motion ambassador. The objective was to charge as many sensors as possible, while allowing an iPad and phone to charge. This project was a lot of fun! The Astros are still using it and the 2nd generation case is launching soon. 

With this putter you're able to change the loft and lie and the club face angle to match your swing. 

This was a concept I shared with Cobra Golf in early 2014. Cobra didn't use my design. A golf driver is a difficult shape to model accurately in 3D. This was the first of many heads I worked on. 

I presented this concept to Nixon Watches while interviewing with them for the Sr. Industrial Design position. They ultimately canned the position and continue to use a Design firm in Portland Oregon for all design. This Italian influenced concept, is a modern twist on a formal classic. 

Travel Tray inc asked me to design a series of products. These trays fit into a cup holder in  a child's car seat, cup holders in most cars and can be covered as a storage container. Travel Tray has asked me to come back in early 2018 for a product refresh. 

LD Healthcare asked me to present some concepts for a handheld thermometer utilizing infrared. I presented organic shapes that proved ergonomic for most locations on the body.
